I take this supplement to help prevent migraine headaches, and it has really helped a lot! I ordered the Nature Made brand, thinking I would save money, only to find that it contained THREE different artificial colors. I just don't think it's necessary. These are the ingredients of the Holista supplement:Rice Bran Oil, Gelatin, Glycerin, Purified Water, Carob, Natural TocopherolsIt works, and it contains things I can pronounce and understand.
