Edam Cheese Balls are a semi-hard cheese originally from Netherlands, and is named after the town of Edam in Holland. Traditional Form is a spheres with a pale yellow interior and a coat of red paraffin wax. Edam ages well and does not spoil, it only hardens. This feature made Edam one ot the worlds popular cheese companies.
