Samsung Gear 2 Neo Smartwatch - Charcoal Black (Certified Refurbished)

Looked brand new, watch works great. Very pleased.

I had a galaxy grand prime and does not work with it. I had to upgrade the phone and now it works. I still have to get the new phone set up for emails and will leave another note when the new phone is set up.

I ended up returning it. I read some stuff online that there was a software update that made the product stop holding a charge but I read this after returning it. Not sure how to roll back the software version, but keep this in mind. If it keeps reminding you that there is an update available after doing this, it wouldn't be worth the trouble.

Stopped working and after numerous re-boots, software updates and technical support, had to return to Amazon. Great news is they refunded my money and sent a return label, pre-formated.

Not enough app support for my liking. Other than that the watch was great, good build quality and worked well.

I was very impressed with the level of restoration to a nearly-new state of appearance and function. Great work!

Excellent smart watch for the money. Heart rate monitor can be hit and miss as to whether it gets a reading or not.

Arrived in like new condition. Connects fast. The battery only drops 25% every 12 hours on a single charge.
