Medify MA-440 Luxury Spa 4-in-1 Air Purifier | Humidifier | Soundscape Wireless Tablet | Medical Grade H13 Filtration for 600 Sq Ft.

I wanted to love the MA-440 but Medify seems to have some quality control issues or shipping issues on the MA-440, at least with my units. I ordered one unit on a flash deal for $299. When it arrived, the unit seemed well made. I loved all of the features, especially since I needed both an air purifier and a humidifier for my bedroom. After setting up the unit, the tablet would not turn on. I tried several things, including talking to someone at Medify Air. They told me that each tablet is checked when they receive it from the manufacturer (an earlier review commented that the tablet had been opened, which it had), so something may have happened during shipment. I ordered a replacement MA-440. This time the tablet worked fine, however the top lid (to add water for the humidifier) was jammed closed and couldn't be opened no matter what I tried. The interior MA-440 box was badly damaged (not the outer Amazon box, so it was shipped with a badly damaged box) so that could have caused the top to jam. Since I still wanted to try this out, I used the first MA-440 and paired with the 2nd tablet. When I tried this time, I found:1. The MA-440 is quiet, which is nice for a bedroom.2. Performance is good for a small to medium size room. I also have an MA-40 and it is less powerful, but quieter3. The humidifier worked well and lasted longer than the estimated 8 hours4. The MA-440 is a nice looking unit that blends in better than most air purifiers.The MA-440 has a lot of potential and seems to occupy a unique place in the air purifier market. At this price, it's a great deal. I wanted to love it but decided to return both units because of quality issues. Both could be shipping related, but it's hard to tell. Note - I also have an MA-40 and an MA-112. Both are high quality air purifiers without any issues so my experience with the MA-440 isn't consistent with their other products. I understand the MA-440 was from an acquisition, not an original Medify Air product so that may account for some differences as well.

I got this for my daughter since we have pets and tend to have pet dander , fur etc floating around the house. I like her room being purified while she is sleeping. As an added benefit, since it humidifies too, the air blows out the back of the purifier portion and helps to circulate the humidifier mist around the room. This is great as it eliminates having wet spots like a regular humidifier does, since a regular one just puts straight up and lands in the same spot make the floor wet all the time. My daughter loves the tablet portion that she can pick her music before bed and it helps her sleep. The filters are thick and sturdy. The extra scents it gives out is great! she picks those too.Excellent for anyone looking for something very high quality and well thought out that wants to humidify and air purify at the same time. I take the scent and music as extra bonuses.

This unit cannot be operated without the little monitor (that sometimes gets stuck). I ran the unit all night and still had smoke/dust flying in the air! The 1 gallon humidifier, only lasts at best 5 hours! The drain for the humidifier tank is just above the expensive filter. I ruined my filter right off soaking it with water trying to drain the tank to put distilled water in :( Never smelled the thing thats supposed to make a pleasant odor. The "relaxing" sounds on the little computer arent loud enough to hear even with the unit next to my bed. I returned the unit within a week I was so disappointed.

Extremely fast shipping. This baby Does it all! I use this for the office. Winter months can be super dry so the humidifier works very well. Air Filter is super easy to setup and the low/medium fan setting is hardly noticeable! Aromatherapy is another convince that I didnt think I would use but its there after any smells that pop up! Pro tip: The humidifier was a two step process, just contact Medify for the PDF instructions. Also this Unit is more for suited for a small to medium size room for multiple circulations per hour. Average 200 + CADR My estimate!

This is a great product over all. Purifying aspects are excellent, and it's relatively unobtrusive in the room. The air quality is noticeably improved since we've installed it.However, I have ordered replacement filters and not yet received them MONTHS after ordering and am still waiting. I've reached out to the company, but not gotten a response.

I just received this earlier today. I must say it's amazing. Packaging was in perfect condition. It truly is an oasis when I walk upstairs. I'm not sure why all the bad reviews. This is definitely a 5 stars unit.

This unit is so luxurious. I have it in my bedroom. The humidifier has been great for our dry winter. The purifier is quiet and there’s tons of soundscapes and a bonus of aromatherapy. I had a small issue and had to contact support. They were absolutely amazing. I am so impressed that I bought additional purifiers as gifts for family members.

This was a great deal. I used one in a hotel in Vegas and decided to find one. This has the Air Purifer plus a real humidifier, relaxing music from the tablet and fragrances that come in the unit too. All tablet controlled. I am sleeping amazing with this. Definite high rating!
