WLM New Zealand Women's Avalanche Knee High Boots

Have been looking for this type of boot but not keen on the UGG/EMU types due to the flat foot shape and poor sizing . Took a chance on this one as on good offer . Looked great in the box , I take a size 5 and ordered 5 - fit perfectly and so comfy . They look really good and friends/family have commented on them especially the foot shape with a proper supportive moulded heel -sheepskin is really thick and very soft , have kept my feet really warm during this cold weather and feel that my whole foot is supported when walking, no inward roll that I can see on other people . Amazing value compared with the better known makes, and for me -better quality. Really pleased.

Good quality boots, value price, quick delivery. Downside, my fault, I didn't measure my legs and they are described as "knee high" but they are definitely not ! My heel to knee is 18" and these are only 14" so I am rather disappointed as they are merely calf high and NOT up to my knees.

The boots are a good quality but I do not like the way they are not shut at the top and stand away from the leg. I find that very ungainly and wish I could do something to have them "shut" at the top. I would not have bought them with that feature as I wanted a pair of tall boots, they do not look tall now and gives very ungainly leggs specially notiscable with a pair oft trousers.

Lovely boots and a snug fit. I am a size 38 so ordered a 5 and they're great. At £44 great value and they are so warm. Have already got a pair of Ugg type boots but found they were quite wide and not too easy to walk in but these are perfect.

I have had numerous UGG Boots, and can tell you these are much better and sooooo much more comfortable. They're also true to size so you don't have to wonder if you're doing right in buying a smaller size!. The sole is much better than ugg's as they are sturdy rubber and have a tiny little heal that discreatly add's comfort and support whilst being on your feet all day, also i think the inner sheepskin fur is thicker as my legs and feet have never felt so warm. Only thing i'd complain about is that they are not knee high as advertised and more calf height,, but i still love them! .. and will buy another pair

lovely and toasty warm long boots for winter. can turn the tops down depending on how you would prefer to wear them. only thing not great grip on ice, plus gets damp marks because suede

I bought these last year, wore them during our severe winter and they still look pristine now. They have a narrower fit on the foot than Uggs and don't wear through the toe so easily. They also have a properly moulded sole. I think the price is higher than last year - but would say that they are comparatively worth the money. Cheaper versions don't last and I bought Ugg Bailey Buttons that went through the toe in a month. One tip - Scotchguard!
