Cheap In Price Only. Works Great.
I got to a new job and they wouldn't get me a headset. I really wanted a wireless but couldn't find one that was economical, so I decided to go cheap. This is a cheap headset in price only. It works great and is crystal clear and the mic works great. Plugged right into the jack of my Avaya phone at work and is great if you want a handfree way to talk and type at the same time. Highly Recommended.

Looks, sounds and feels low-end, but a bargain
In an office setting, you're typically limited to very expensive headsets. Prior to finding this one, I would've considered anything under $100 a bargain. But I discovered these for around $20, and decided to give it a try. They come bare bones in a plastic ziplock bag, no fancy packaging. What you'll find inside is the headset and cord. It plugs right into your office phone, assuming it is one of the supported units (in my case Avaya). One nice touch is the cord has a volume and mute control on the cord itself along with a shirt clip. The cord is short and springy, expect to get no more than 3 foot from the phone before it snatches the headset off your head. This is fine for sitting at a desk, but if you like to stand up and wander a ways, this is probably not for you.The headset itself feels cheap and flimsy, probably because it is, but hey, it's $20. It's not plushy comfortable, but it's not uncomfortable either. My largest gripe with this unit is the boom for the microphone. Every other headset I've owned lets the boom for the mike swivel up and down from the ear, this one does not do that. And if you accidently try, it snaps the cover off. No biggie, I've done that at least 3 times already and it just snaps back on thankfully. the boom itself does bend and is flexible enough to get the mic near your mouth, so it's functional.Sound quality on the ear piece is not as good as the higher end headsets. It sounds very analog, but no static and it is acceptable quality. I have not had the opportunity to hear the other side, but I've had no complaints about being able to hear or understand me. Do be aware this is not a noise cancelling unit, so I would not recommend it for a noisy environment.Overall, I find these to be a bargain if you need a headset periodically, maybe a couple of hours a day max. I do not think it would be my first choice for those who have to wear one all day long.

Good Headphone for the Money
I ordered this unit to go with my Yealink SIP-T22P desk phone and it works quite well. I can hear the caller well and there is no echo as I had with other, cheaper, models. There's also a nifty volume control. It's not the most comfy on the head, but it's not UNcomfortable. I'm glad I chose this one, and that was based a lot on the feedback I read here.

Work made me buy my own damn headset but I love it.
This works great. Unfortunately, just after I bought them, my work changed their phone system and they were rendered useless.

poor sound and low volume, practically worthless.
Was stated that it had volume and mute controls which in fact it did not. The volume is too low both sending and receiving to be useful. The are very uncomfortable. I do not use them at all. I had to go out and buy a different pair from a different retailer. Save your money and get a better headphone.

Microphone does not work
Other people can barely hear me. When I tried to return, the vendor sent me a replacement....but same problem. The headphone itself is fine. Will need to order another one.

I Can Hear You Now!
I had so many problems with sound and comfort from the headphones my office provided, that I had to order my own. This headset is SUPER comfortable, and the sound is clear. I can hear my customers, and they can FINALLY hear me.Great product. My only recommendation would be that they provide a longer cord so that people are less "tethered" to their desks.

Works fine with Avaya telephone, a few design issues
With my new office IP telephone - an Avaya 4610SW IP model - the $20 Call Center Headset does what it should - frees up the hands. Altering the position of the microphone changes the loudness of my voice. The headphone has its own volume control: a small wheel built into the cord. Two design elements could easily be improved: (a) The coiled cord is far too springy: When moving a few feet from the telephone, the coils start to stretch and the headset is pulled away from the ear. Much better is simply to have an uncoiled cord. (b) The mute button switch is fiddly and stiff - it is made of smooth plastic and sits in a U-shaped channel. A better design would give it a knobbly texture and have it protrude a bit. Overall, this headset is much cheaper than the official Avaya equivalent and allows hands-free telephony. With a couple of simple design improvements, it would warrant five stars.
